Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between AMF Global Solutions ("Studio") and any individual or entity ("Client") that engages the Studio for custom packaging or apparel design services.

By requesting a quote, signing a project agreement, or making any payment, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms in full. No prior representations or understandings supersede this document.

2. Services Provided

AMF Global Solutions provides custom graphic design services for box packaging and T-shirt apparel. All deliverables are digital design files prepared to manufacturing-ready specifications.

The Studio does not manufacture, print, or physically produce any packaging or apparel. Sourcing production vendors is solely the Client's responsibility. The Studio may provide vendor recommendations as a courtesy only.

3. Project Engagement & Quotes

All engagements begin with a written quote submitted by the Studio and accepted by the Client. A quote is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms.

Project scope, deliverables, revision rounds, and timeline are defined in the accepted quote. Requests outside the agreed scope are subject to a separate written change order and additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

There is no deposit required for the agreed service. The full balance is due upon delivery of final approved files and prior to transfer of full ownership.

Invoices unpaid beyond thirty (30) days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. The Studio reserves the right to suspend delivery until all outstanding amounts are settled.

5. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the accepted quote. A revision round is a single consolidated set of feedback submitted in writing. Additional rounds beyond the agreed number will be billed at the Studio's standard hourly rate.

Revisions that alter the original approved creative direction, scope, or deliverable format constitute a change of scope and require a new written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative work, concepts, and preliminary designs produced during the project remain the exclusive property of AMF Global Solutions until full payment of the agreed service fee is received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Studio assigns all rights, title, and interest in the final approved design files to the Client. Preliminary concepts, unused design directions, and working files not included in final deliverables remain the property of the Studio.

The Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for supplying accurate brand assets, copy, specifications, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may extend the project timeline without penalty to the Studio.

The Client warrants that all materials, trademarks, and content provided to the Studio for use in the design are owned by or properly licensed to the Client. The Client shall indemnify the Studio against any third-party claims arising from Client-supplied content.

8. Limitation of Liability

AMF Global Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the Client for that specific project. The Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

The Studio does not warrant that designs will be accepted by any specific manufacturer, printer, or regulatory body. Client assumes all responsibility for production compatibility and regulatory compliance.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Projects cancelled by the Client after commencement forfeit the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs after significant work has been delivered, additional fees may apply proportional to work completed.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, brand strategy, or unreleased product details shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

12. Amendments

AMF Global Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with the Studio after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
