30-Day Refund Window
AMF Global Solutions offers a 30-day refund window beginning on the date final design files are delivered. Requests submitted after this window cannot be honored.
How to Submit a Request
To initiate a refund, contact us with your original project brief and a clear description of where the delivered work failed to meet the agreed scope. Requests lacking this documentation will not qualify.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
